A teenager was shot to death and his 21-year-old brother seriously wounded Sunday outside the Soundview Houses, police said.

Stephon Brown, 19, and his brother were standing outside one of the housing project’s buildings on Randall Avenue when a black-clad gunman opened fire shortly after 9 p.m., according to the NYPD.

Brown, who lives in the complex, was shot in his back, police said. Doctors at Jacobi Hospital pronounced him dead a short time later.

His brother, whose name was not made public, took a bullet to the arm, authorities said. He is expected to survive.

The shooter got away. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-800-577-TIPS.
