A Bronx man was fatally shot in his back in University Heights Friday night, authorities said.
Devon McFarlane, 24, was gunned down near the intersection of East Burnside Avenue and Morris Avenue shortly after 11:30 p.m., according to the NYPD.
The gunman got away.
McFarlane had been arguing with the unidentified shooter before the man opened fire, authorities said.
