Estranged Husband Busted in Bronx Machete Slay
Victor Mateo, 63, was busted in Hazleton, Pennsylvania and expected to be charged with the murder of his Noelia Mateo, who suffered terminal injuries in the Oct. 3 attack on Ellsworth Avenue.
