Police on Thursday arrested the Bronx man accused of running over his estranged wife with a car before slashing her to death with a machete in Throggs Neck, authorities said.

Victor Mateo, 63, was busted in Hazleton, Pennsylvania and expected to be charged with the murder of his Noelia Mateo, 58. She suffered terminal injuries in the Oct. 3 attack on Ellsworth Avenue and died at Jacobi Medical Center.

Multiple law enforcement agencies including the NYPD, Pennsylvania State Police and the U.S. Marshals helped make the bust, which followed a week-long manhunt.
