Police are searching for the gunman who killed a 33-year-old man outside the Webster Houses in Morrisania Friday, after they took another suspect linked to the shooting into custody, authorities said.
The gunshot victim, whose name has not been released, was shot in his torso and arm around 12:30 a.m., causing fatal injuries, according to the NYPD.
Police charged a man with criminal possession of a weapon and marijuana possession in connection with the incident, but did not identify him as the shooter.
