Man Killed in First Homicide of Year in Bronx

A 29-year-old man was fatally shot in the Bronx New Year’s Day, marking the borough’s first homicide of 2020.

Rahkeem Jennings was found dead with bullet wounds to his head and neck inside his apartment at the Bronx River Houses on East 174th Street and Stratford Avenue about 10:30 a.m.

No arrests have been announced.
