A 33-year-old man was fatally shot in the back of his head in Mott Haven Thursday – execution-style – following a dispute with his killer, authorities said.

Felix Medina suffered terminal injuries around 4 p.m. when an unidentified gunman opened fire on East 141st Street, squeezing off bullets until Medina was dead.

Paramedics transported the victim to a nearby hospital, and the shooter got away.

Anyone with information is asked to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
