Third Woman Charged in Murder of Miss Jamaica Contestant

Detectives have made two more arrests in the killing of a 44-year-old Bronx woman, authorities said.

Police charged Francis Morales, 21, and Chanell Arroyo, 20, with murder and robbery in the death Tamara Sinclair, who died Feb. 21 after allegedly being beaten by the pair and a third accomplice, Reign Harney, 21, on Feb. 11, authorities said.

Sinclair, a former Miss Jamaica contestant, died from a fatal blood clot caused by her injuries, authorities said.

Lawyers for the three accused women could not immediately be reached for comment.
