Bronx Man Fatally Shot Near Crotona Park

A 27-year-old Bronx man was fatally shot in his neck Sunday in East Tremont, authorities said.

Jamal W. Hunter was killed by an unidentified shooter across the street from Crotona Park about 1:07 a.m., according to the NYPD.

Paramedics rushed Hunter to St. Barnabas Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
