Corpse Found on McDonald’s Roof in Melrose

A man was found dead with his body wrapped in plastic atop a Bronx McDonald’s  Wednesday, authorities said.

A  maintenance worker on the roof of the fast food restaurant at 279 E. 149th St. in Melrose discovered the concealed corpse shortly before 6 a.m., with only the man’s feet sticking out. Police have not released the man’s identity, according to police. 

An autopsy will determine his cause of death and whether he’s a homicide victim, authorities said .
