Teen Girl Charged With Killing, Leaving Bronx Man on McDonald’s Roof

An 18-year-old girl has been charged with murder for her alleged role in the killing of a Bronx man found wrapped in plastic on a McDonald’s roof in Melrose, authorities said.

Ayame Stamoulis, of Brooklyn, was arrested Friday for allegedly killing Richard Hamlet with two male accomplices, according to the NYPD.

The trio broke into his apartment on East 149th Street, beat, and choked him to death, police said. Then they wrapped him in plastic and maneuvered his concealed body onto the roof of the MCDonald’s directly next door, authorities said.

Stamoulis is charged with murder, manslaughter, gang assault, and other crimes. Her two alleged accomplices, who have not been publicly named, remain at large, authorities said.
