Man Killed in Bronx Drive-By Shooting

A drive-by shooting outside a Bronx grocery Tuesday left a 36-year-old man dead, authorities said.

Dashan Carver was killed when the unidentified shooter in a silver sedan sprayed a barrage of bullets outside the food store on East 194th Street in Fordham about 2:20 a.m., according to the NYPD.

Carver was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.

No arrests had been announced as of Wednesday afternoon. Anyone with information is asked to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
