One man was shot to death, and another wounded in his hand by gunfire, at the Mott Haven Houses Sunday, authorities said.
The deceased. Terrell Liebert, 26, of the Bronx, as well as an 18-year-old, surviving victim, were found with bullet wounds at the public housing complex about 9:20 p.m.
Liebert was rushed to Lincoln Hospital, where doctors pronounced him dead.
The other victim is expected to survive.
