Man Shot in Stomach After Parkchester Dispute

A 22-year-old man was seriously wounded by gunfire in the Bronx Tuesday following a dispute with the shooter, authorities said.

The victim took slugs to his stomach and leg about 12:15 a.m. near Starling Avenue and Castle Hill Avenue in Parkchester, according  to the NYPD.

Paramedics rushed him to Jacobi Hospital, where authorities said he is expected to survive.

No arrests have been announced as of Wednesday night.
