An 18-year-old man is facing murder and manslaughter charges for fatally stabbing a romantic rival in Hunts Point Sunday, police said.

Dustin Dominicci repeatedly stabbed the 19-year-old man – who used to date Dominicci’s girlfriend – when the teens crossed paths outside the girl’s apartment on Simpson Street Near East 163rd St. shortly before 6 a.m., according to the NYPD.

The teen suffered  fatal wounds to his torso and died at Lincoln Hospital. His name was not immediately released.

Dominicci, who was stabbed in his chest, was also rushed to Lincoln Hospital and is expected to survive.

It was not immediately clear whether he had an attorney.
