Two more people were wounded by gunfire in Soundview Monday, days after a young father died by homicide in the same neighborhood, authorities said.

Monday’s victims, a male and female, were wounded during a memorial vigil at Soundview Houses about 10 p.m. near Croes Place. Both were rushed to Jacobi Hospital with non-life-threatening bullet wounds to their legs, authorities said.

Shaiquan Wilson, 21, was killed in the same neighborhood, less than two blocks away, by an unidentified gunman Friday night, authorities said.

No arrests have been announced in either shooting.

Anyone with information is asked to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
